Designed with the space and privacy of an individually owned residence, but with all the conveniences and services of an elite hotel brand, the short-term rental residences at Okan Tower have the privilege of being part of the condo-hotel program at Hilton Miami Bayfront.The collection includes a selection of 1-bed/1-bath and 2-bed/2 bath floor plans ranging from 890 to 1,240 square feet with welcoming great-room layouts, floor-to-ceiling windows, and spacious glass-framed balconies offering dramatic water and skyline views. Each short-term rental residence is delivered fully furnished and ready for immediate occupancy, with access to services like professional housekeeping, in-residence dining, and in-residence spa services all built in to the ownership experience.

A Condominium Rental Program provides a convenient means for a unit owner to make his/her unit available to rent during the periods when the unit owner will not be using the unit. In essence, the hotel rents out an owner’s unit as a part of the hotel’s transient room inventory. The rental program for Hilton Miami Bayfront Hotel Residences is available to all condominium hotel unit owners. 

No, the rental program is entirely voluntary, with no mandatory participation. In each case subject to certain rules and regulations as set forth in the condominium documents or established by the condominium board from time to time. 

Rental rates are determined exclusively by the hotel and may vary based on the season, market conditions, special local events, promotions and other factors. As is customary in the industry and within Hilton Miami Bayfront, the hotel may make changes to rates then in effect for among other things, extended length of stays; group discounts; employee discount programs; corporate discounts’ package plan discounts; customer loyalty programs; or in similar situations when the hotel deems it advantageous to charge a reduced rate in accordance with its rate determination policies. 

The hotel owner has hired a management company to run the day to day operations at the hotel. If the unit owners chose to put their units in the hotel’s rental program, they will benefit from the hotel’s marketing programs, hotel maintenance staff and other hotel services, such as housekeeping services and other onsite staff support. Owners will also benefit from Hilton Worldwide Holding’s Incs. reservation system. 

Yes. However, depending on the option selected, the rental program places certain restrictions, such as owner usage limitations and advance notice requirements, that will effect if, when and how long a unit owner can occupy his/her own unit.
